I am writing to complain. I bought this dress (Temptation) for my daughter to wear to my wedding, but she looks far too beautiful in it – she’ll leave me (the bride) in the shade!!!

Seriously though, I cannot believe how wonderful this dress is. The quality is superb, the finish is perfect, and the fit is spot-on. The colour and design is exactly as in the picture. What’s more it turned up exactly when promised.

I pulled it in as far as it will go on the corseting and it fits perfectly . All I will need done alterations wise is to have a couple of inches taken off the hem .

Dress arrived for my daughter today, she has tried it on as soon as she was in from school, so excited, it fits perfectly maybe a slight adjustment on the hook and eye needed.

I just wanted to send along a quick message to thank you all for being so wonderful! Im going away on a cruise next year (early to start looking for dresses I know but i just couldnt resist) and found the site.

After completly falling in love with about 10 dresses I just had to come, and must say I was very impressed. The shop is lovely with loads and loads of dresses in, and everyone there were very friendly. Ive been into some shops before and didnt dare try anything on the staff were so frosty! far from the welcome I got. Fantastic.

And the dresses, oh my gosh! I tried on loads, the girls there were suggesting other ones that might looks good as well, and were fantastic at suggesting accessories to go with your frock.

I came home with one of the most beautiful dresses I think I will ever own, Dare2be’s Diva! It fits like a dream, the fabric is amasing (and theres loads of it) and the bead work on the from must have taken hours. And for the price I paid, was a complete steal! I love it!

I had a lovely time in the shop, and felt like a real princess. Ill be back up soon for the Drama Queen too! Ive told everyone I know who are going to formals exactly where to go for their dresses!

I cant wait to get my Drama Queen dress, then its off to show them on off in the Carribean. Ill send the pictures for you.

I was in your Minx shop on Saturday for the first time looking for a dress for our work Christmas party. I was blown away, I also am so impressed with the service, the layout of the shop and the level of personal service. I wanted to say a big thank you to the 2 staff when we came to purchase a prom dress for Sadie on 5th April. I do not have a problem if you want to add this message to the site
I would highly reccommend MINX to all young girls & mothers. The stress of finding the perfect prom dress disappeared as soon as we entered the shop.
The two female staff were helpful, friendly and more importantly honest.
Prior to visiting the shop the experience had not been enjoyable with staff ignoring us as we did not want to purchase a wedding dress, or trying to sell very expensive dresses with no regard for my daughters request.
My daughter tried on 12 dresses and when she could not decide between the last three the staff photographed her and sent the images home to assist her decision. When my daughter asked which was our favourite the staff picked the pink dress, the cheapest of the three, that is a quality you don’t come across in retail. MINX is worth a long journey you will not be disappointed

I was let down by another website – I ordered a gown and hadn’t heard anything yesterday, so I called them and they told me they had sent a letter on the 15th saying order was cancelled as their supplier had no stock, but I haven’t received that letter yet! So if I hadnt of rung, I wouldnt of known and then I would be without a dress!

So Im very grateful that your customer service is excellent!!
