Cheryl Cole showed up to today’s X Factor auditions in London, having returned from her holiday  just hours before.

The singer landed at London’s Heathrow airport this morning, went to a nearby hotel to get ready and showed up at the Excel centre looking as fresh as a daisy in a stunning orange dress this afternoon.

Cheryl Cole has been named Glamour Woman of the Year, and doesn't she look sensational in a crystal-studded chiffon gown by Julien Macdonald at a cost of £25,000.  Wow!

Sarah Jessica Parker stood out at the Sex and the City 2 world premiere last night. The star stepped out on the silver carpet in a floor-length bright yellow Valentino gown.

SJP, Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon and Kim Cattrall pulled out the stops for the official unveiling of the sequel in New York.

OMG…How good does Cheryl Cole look on the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival?

We haven’t seen much of Versace dresses during the festival, but Cheryl looked outstanding on the red carpet tonight at the “Outside Of The Law” Premiere.

Her white Versace’s Fall 2010 dress was typically sexy with slits, cut-out details on the side and cross over straps on the back.

Christian Louboutin heels, a gold Corto Molta clutch and de Grisogono jewels complete the look.

The fashion forces of Gucci and Vanity Fair came together to host a star-studded soiree in honour of Martin Scorsese in Cannes this week.

And there was no shortage of glamorous ladies on the glitzy guestlist. Here are our favourites.

Cheryl Cole stole the show at Cannes last night in a gorgeous Roberto Cavalli gown.

The singer was at the festival to perform at a private party.  

Cheryl, who teamed her stunning dress with earrings and a bracelet and a Swarovski 2010 Statement Collection Midnight Bag, performed four songs at the bash. 

'Hello Cannes, thanks for making me feel so welcome,' Cheryl said before singing Fight For This Love, 3 Words, Parachutes and a new track Stand Up.

Cheryl then hooked up with Black Eyed Peas star Will.i.am in the DJ booth for his 2-hour set.

Evening Wear
The evening is generally speaking informal, with gentlemen wearing jacket and tie (lounge suit or sports jacket is fine) and ladies smartly dressed. On ‘Formal’ evenings, gentlemen will prefer to wear ‘black tie’ with ladies elegantly dressed in cocktail or evening dress. As a guideline there are usually four formal nights on a two-week cruise. Details are normally supplied with your travel documents.  It is common for there to be themed nights e.g.  a black & white themed formal event.
