So you’re thinking of visiting Minx? Well we can guarantee you one thing, it won’t be a wasted journey. People travel from all over the country and with hundreds of styles in store in a range of sizes they are never disappointed.

So let me tell you a little about the Minx experience. No doubt you will have seen a few styles you like on our website well there are far more in store; it’s only when you see them that you can really appreciate the quality and colour.
One of the first things we’ll do is to check what, if any, styles have gone for your event. With this information you are free to select as many gowns as you want to try on, in fact we practically insist on it!
Seriously, it’s worth trying several styles and colours to see what works for you. You’ll be surprised that something you wouldn’t have ordinarily gone for actually is stunning on. We’ll give you heels to try on with the gowns so that you can see what the length is like and don’t forget, your posture will change slightly whilst wearing high heels and this might make the dress sit slightly differently.
There is no pressure to rush through the dresses; you take as long as you need. Some people make their minds up in 15 minutes and others have been with us for a few hours. There are areas for your friends and family to sit comfortably and enjoy the show and our staff are on hand to help lace, zip and fit should you wish. 
The most difficult (in a nice way) time of the visit is deciding which prom dress to go for and we have some very special techniques for helping you make this important decision, but we’ll share those with you when you arrive!
Almost all gowns are ready to take away with you, on the odd occasion we might have to steam a gown for you but this gives you time to have a coffee.
Your gown is then hung on a padded satin hanger and packed into a full length Minx gown bag for your journey.
