That's right, dress orders are now provided with free postage! If you wish to order more than one dress then the following rates are applied:

                                     Two Dresses - £8.95
                                     Three Dresses - £15.00

How To Order

Online
You can buy safely and securely online by just adding the gown of your choice to the shopping cart and proceed through the checkout. We will get in touch to confirm a delivery date for your gown. The majority of our dresses are dispatched within 48 hours, but you should allow up to thirty days for delivery. Occasionally items may take longer but we will always keep you informed on the progress of your order.

Returns

We strongly recommend that you check your sizes with those on our size chart, please remember that eveningwear is cut slightly smaller than conventional High Street sizing.  If you have any doubts about sizing please contact us on 01677 42 55 58 to discuss the options before purchasing.  It is common for evening wear to require some adjustment in order to get the right fit.

If you do need to return your dress then we ask that you notify us within 3 days of receiving the gown, you will be given a returns reference, we then ask that the gown is returned to us within 7 days.  If the gown is to be exchanged then we will send the replacement out on receipt of the original.  If the gown is not suitable we will refund you on receipt of the dress.   Our detailed returns policy can viewed in our terms & conditions. We advise that you use Royal Mails' Special Delivery service to return the dress.
