BFPO Delivery

BFPO deliveries are charged at the same rate as UK, however delivery times may vary and tracking will normally only be available until the gown has left UK.

In the interest of security all parcels will have to be signed for. In the event that you or a member of your household are not available, a card will be left for you to arrange collection at your local Post Office.

Please Next Day orders placed after 11am on Saturday or over the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday on a next day service are not guaranteed for a Saturday delivery so you may not receive the parcel until the following Monday.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail, at normal Royal Mail delivery times. If the address that you state as your billing address online does not match the address your card is registered to there may be a delay in the dispatch of your parcel.
