I found the website so easy to use and was totally spoilt for choice with the variety of dresses on offer.
Whenever I contacted "minx" the response was outstanding.
Finally, I placed my order which I can not fault. My order was placed and the dress arrived within a couple of days.
The dress is absolutely stunning and I can not wait to wear it next year when I get married in Cuba.
I have recemmoneded minx to many friends already and will continue to do so.
I love their website and their page on facebook too which constantly updates me :-)

The service both in the shop and over the phone was excellent, and Diane was a joy to deal with. Nothing seemed too much trouble and I felt that she went out of her way to help me each time I called. As with previous customers I too had a problem with sizing, but this was rectified immediately and I received the replacement dress the next day. The dress itself was beautiful and I received many compliments on it during the event. I would definitely recommend Minx and will use them again. Thankyou!

Hi,

The service provided was excellent. The dress was beautiful and I felt like a princess albeit I am 51 years old. I did expereince an initial hiccup with sizing but this was easily rectified. A replacement dress was forwarded, the original was returned and transactions were processed with extreme efficiency. I am still savouring what was a magnificent evening.

Thanks for the excellent service. Dress was delivered very quickly, and although we had a problem with the size it was dealt with one simple and friendly phone call. Returned the first dress and received the exchanged one within a few days. Would definitely recommend, and would have no problems buying from here again.
